I find myself being a director driven fan. Recently, the Coen brothers productions have been a big draw. I also enjoy documentary film. Here is a small list of who I have been watching lately: Akira Kurosawa, Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorsesi, Woody Allen, Werner Harzog, etc.

As a child, I dismantled and reconstructed all of my toys at one time or another. Well, sometimes reconstruction was sketchy at best. Eventually as my ability to earn increased with age, so did the complexity of my "toys" and their resilience to my exploratory techniques. Now I deconstruct and examine software as well as hardware. To think it all started with setting VCR clocks some 20 odd years ago.
